Move the roadmap into operating control.

The 90-Day Build is a bounded implementation—not a collection of disconnected consulting workstreams. SCP and the client select the minimum module set justified by the evidence, define decision rights and acceptance measures, and install the process, data, systems, governance, and cadence required to produce a controlled operating result.

module framework

A module is defined by the operating decision

Present modules as examples, not a universal package. For each eventual selected module, public or proposal content must define:

  • problem and decision affected
  • current baseline and evidence confidence
  • included process, data, system, and governance work
  • client owner and required participation
  • deliverable and operating acceptance
  • exclusions, dependencies, risk, and handoff
  • whether targeted technology is configuration, integration, analytics, workflow, or later product evidence

boundary callout

Scope follows evidence

The Build is scoped after the Assessment or equivalent evidence. It does not promise a full ERP, unrestricted custom software, open-ended supplier management, or client-system changes without the applicable data, security, implementation, and approval gates.
