Supply Continuity Partners was created to help growing physical-product companies build the operating discipline required to protect continuity, execute ramps, control purchasing, inventory, and cash, and scale without repeatedly replacing their people, processes, and systems.
Founder experience
Anthony Lewis-Palmer is a senior supply-chain leader with more than 12 years of experience across autonomous vehicles, medical technology, enterprise hardware, automotive operations, and aftermarket supply chains.
His work spans:
- end-to-end supply continuity;
- sourcing, forecasting, and purchasing;
- supplier execution and commercial negotiation;
- NPI, production ramp, and prototype-to-manufacturing transition;
- purchasing-function design and supplier evaluation;
- alternate sourcing and recovery planning;
- ERP/MRP/BOM workflows and supporting tools;
- inventory, cash, cost, and commitment analysis;
- cross-functional leadership across engineering, finance, legal, manufacturing, and suppliers.
Why SCP exists
Growing manufacturers often reach a point where operational complexity increases faster than their supply-chain operating system. The result is repeated escalation, unclear ownership, weak data confidence, disconnected systems, and executive decisions made without a stable baseline.
