Share only the minimum information needed to assess fit.
- your name, company, and role
- the high-level operating trigger
- the executive consequence and timing
- your role in the decision
- whether a budget path is identified or being evaluated
- whether a paid diagnostic is a credible category
Do not email confidential or restricted information. Do not include supplier names, drawings, contracts, credentials, regulated or export-controlled data, production-system details, or attachments. A later approved intake process will be used if the conversation progresses.
